About the Role
We're working with a leading defence organisation to find an
IWP Coordinator
who can bring structure, clarity and drive to the
Integrated Work Partnership (IWP)
contract within the
Air Combat Systems Branch (ACSB)
.
You'll be part of a team that delivers expert support and advice across a highly technical, fast-moving environment - ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication and strong outcomes across the program. What You'll Do
As the IWP Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering IWP tasks, schedules, reporting and deliverables. You'll:
- Coordinate and support IWP task delivery, including Statements of Work, resource and pricing updates, and contract management
- Manage assigned staff, SMEs and subcontractors as part of a collaborative team
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure expectations are met
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes - from assessments and interviews to client submissions
- Liaise with recruitment partners and manage new task submissions on relevant portals
- Assist with monthly reporting and provide secretariat support for performance reviews
- Support service delivery planning, monitoring and reporting activities
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the IWP function
About You
You'll bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work confidently across multiple stakeholders. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates clearly and leads with initiative. Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience supporting operational delivery or workforce planning (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for operational excellence, teamwork and delivering quality outcomes
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Australian Citizenship (required for clearance)
- NV1 Defence Security Clearance
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)
- Based in Newcastle, with work at RAAF Base Williamtown
