About the Role

As the Assistant Manager, you will lead from the front and support the Store Manager in creating a positive team environment focused on customer connection. You'll help drive results through coaching, visual merchandising, operational excellence and high standards. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility, refine their leadership skills and progress toward future store management.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver strong coaching and inspire team performance
  • Passion for customer engagement and building meaningful connections
  • Strong operational understanding including stock, merchandising and compliance
  • Confident communicator with an upbeat, hands-on approach
  • Results-driven mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
