Rim Repairer

Rim Lab Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for a Rim Repairer to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Mount Lawley. In this role, you'll will be responsible for providing high-quality rim repair services.

This is an opportunity for candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. This could be an ideal opportunity for a Tradesperson (e.g. spray painter, welder or panel beater) looking for a sea change or someone hands-on wanting to kick start their career, as no prior experience necessary - we provide full training and support.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully inspecting damaged wheels to identify the required repair process
• Utilising specialised equipment and techniques to straighten, repair and refinish rims
• Apply advanced colour matching and painting skills to ensure a seamless finish
• Deliver a high level of customer service, including pick-up and delivery service when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Collaborating with a small skilled team to ensure high-quality repairs

What we're looking for - We are flexible

• You could be a Tradesperson (e.g. Spray Painter, welder, or Panel Beater) maybe looking to diversify your career or looking to reduce hours (we are open to part-time) or wants to work in a small team in a high-tech environment. - Tradesperson wages will apply
• You could be someone who is hands-on and looking for a role that will offer training and support to kick-start or diversify your career.
• Flexible to offer Full or Part time employment.
• Someone who enjoys delivery high-quality work, in a team environment.
• Must hold valid Australian work authorisation or permanent residency and a current Drivers Licence
