We have a new opportunity for an Order Support Officer to join the Team. You would ensure the successful delivery of customer's telecommunications solutions by interacting with customers, sales, technical staff and external stakeholders. Can be Morwell or Dandenong based.

Let's talk about you

  • An understanding of the telco industry and Broadband Services

  • An understand of Residential and Business broadband services and products

  • At least three years' proven experience in customer service

  • Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbally)

Demonstrated ability to:

Solve problems and think like a leader

Work independently and as part of a team

How will you support our "Why?"

  • Troubleshoot connections enquiries across all broadband products and customer types

  • Answer order enquiries from internal stake holders and assisting with complex installations

  • Handle orders and escalations from internal departments, including case managing orders through to completion, to resolve customer connection complaints

  • Coordinate orders through provisioning systems and intervening manually when required

  • Liaise with wholesale suppliers in relation to order issues

  • Perform accurate record keeping and data entry
