Job Description:

Fortitude Protective Services is currently seeking experienced and professional Corporate Security Officers for Rover and Controller positions within the Sydney CBD.

These roles require a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team. You will be working a rotating 3/4 roster, alternating every 2 weeks between day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor designated premises
  • Access control and visitor management
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports
  • Communicate effectively with control rooms and site stakeholders
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in corporate security (rover or controller roles essential)
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating roster
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and attitude
