About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Sourcey.M is looking for expressions of interest for a customer-focused Business Development Manager who will not only be responsible for the achievement of budgets, revenue growth and client retention but the unparalleled Sourcey.M client experience.

About You
We're looking for someone who's hungry to build the business, driven by results, and knows how to turn connections into long-term relationships. You'll bring energy, commercial thinking, and the confidence to lead new business conversations while staying true to Sourcey.m's values and collaborative culture. You'll love getting out there—hosting, pitching, listening, learning, and making things happen. You'll work alongside a passionate, creative team and play a big role in driving our next chapter of growth.
You'll Have
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales (bonus points for promo, creative, or marketing industries)
- Experience working with large/corporate clients or well-known brands
- Comfort prospecting, pitching, and building new partnerships
- Curiosity about market trends and the ability to turn insights into opportunities
- Strong commercial mindset and confident, warm communication style
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and use CRM systems effectively
- Willingness to host events and build relationships in person
- Organised, proactive, and always looking for ways to add value
- A self-starter mindset, balanced with a collaborative, supportive, and fun approach
