Are you passionate about adventure, performance, and Australian-made innovation? Neptune Sports are looking for people to work in our retail store selling predominately Sharkskin and Neptune gear.

About Us

We are the home of Sharkskin, a proudly Australian brand known for high-performance technical watersports apparel—designed to keep you warm, dry, and protected in any condition.

We are also the home of Neptune, a wetsuit manufacturer who develops dive and sport wetsuits as well as supplies wetsuits to a significant amount of emergency and defence services.

Neptune Sports complements this with a range of premium gear and accessories for surf lifesaving, paddling, diving, and aquatic adventure. Together, we outfit athletes, weekend warriors, and ocean lovers with gear that performs as hard as they do.

The Role

This is a standard retail position with room to grow. You'll be the friendly face of our Beresfield showroom, helping customers find the right gear, processing sales, and keeping the space looking sharp. For the right candidate, there's scope to expand into product knowledge, merchandising, and event-based retail. There are also opportunities for more senior roles should the experience required be met.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and great communication skills

  • Availability on Saturdays is essential (9am-2pm)

  • Willingness to work at off-site at events and expos (optional but a plus)

  • Retail experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person

  • A genuine interest in watersports, outdoor gear, or Aussie-made products

Hours & Flexibility

We're offering a part-time role, with the option for full-time for the right candidate. Whether you're looking to build a career or just want to be part of a passionate team, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Availability required for weekdays in addition to the essential Saturday shift
