Highclere Caravan Pty Ltd is a reputed caravan manufacturing company based in Epping, Victoria. As the business grows, we are looking for a full-time senior wood craftsman to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Caravan Wood Craftsman / Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic production team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality timber interiors, cabinetry, and fit-outs for our range of luxury off-road caravans.

The base salary offered is $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble caravan interiors including cabinetry, furniture, and timber panels
  • Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately
  • Work collaboratively with other trades (electrical, plumbing, chassis, etc.) to ensure seamless production
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality workmanship to meet company standards
  • Ensure work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Wood Craftsman, or Joiner (caravan, boat, or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong woodworking and finishing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent eye for detail and quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of craftsmanship
