Devco Builders is an established WA construction company with a proud track record in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects on time and on budget. Based in Wangara, we partner with trusted suppliers and contractors across the Perth metro and regional WA.

We're now looking for a hands-on Accountant to join our team and work directly with the General Manager. This is a broad role where you'll own the finance function, add real value through your insights, and enjoy the autonomy to improve systems and processes.

What you'll do
  • Month-end close, journals, reconciliations and management reporting
  • Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and financial systems
  • Cash flow forecasting and daily cash tracking
  • BAS, PAYG and payroll support
  • Budgets, audit, and group reporting deliverables
  • Identify process improvements and support new system rollouts
  • Provide analysis and advice to guide business decisions
What you'll bring
  • Proven accounting experience, ideally within construction or similar
  • Accounting qualifications or progress toward CA/CPA
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who can work across site and office teams
  • Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
