As our Sales Manager you will lead by example, ensuring the team consistently meets pipeline, conversion, and client satisfaction targets, while deepening relationships across clients and partners engagement.
Reporting to the General Manager/ CTO, the key responsibilities include:
Sales Execution
- Drive the end-to-end sales process — from lead qualification and proposal development through to close and post-sale handover.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within target industries.
- Manage complex solution sales and commercials involving C Level and multiple customer
- stakeholders
Sales Operations & Cadence
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, forecast reporting and sales dashboards
Client & Partner Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Red Hat etc.).
- Execute strategic channel and technology partner relationships to drive mutual growth and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain balance of trade with key partners, tracking reciprocal referrals and ensuring equitable business exchange.
To be successful in this role you must be a hands-on sales leader who had led a sales team across Australia, in professional services/ consulting and loves working in high-performing teams.
We are not looking for a blue-sky visionary – we are looking for someone with a proven trach record of executing in a high growth professional services environment and delivering real impact.
Ideally you will have:
- 5 years' experience in sales management within Professional Services, Consulting, or IT Services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets in a multimillion-dollar revenue business.
- Strong background in consultative solution selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to drive cadence, discipline, and execution within small, fast-paced teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).
