Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in the Greater Perth Area for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, educating them about real estate investment opportunities, and booking appointments. Key tasks include cold calling potential customers, addressing client inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring the consistent follow-up of leads. Coordinating with the sales team to track progress and gather feedback will also be required to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients
• Adept at cold calling, telephonic sales, and lead conversion
• Proficiency in data entry and managing client records
• Problem-solving, active listening skills, and the ability to professionally handle inquiries
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to quickly learn industry specifics
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent at time management skills
