- Lead sections of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence across all dishes.
- Develop and execute innovative menu items, bringing creativity and technical expertise to the table.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for your section, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Experience in Greek Cuisine is not essential but highly valuable.
