About the Role:

As an all-rounder, you will be a vital part of our daily operations. You will be responsible for multiple tasks and expected to excel in both front-of-house service and behind the espresso machine.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Barista Duties: Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages to a professional standard.
• Customer Service: Greeting and serving customers with a friendly and empathetic attitude.
• Cash Handling: Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serving food items and ensuring the display is well-stocked and presented.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe, including the coffee bar and seating area.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven barista skills are essential. We require someone who can confidently operate an espresso machine and produce consistent, quality coffee.
• Prior experience as a cafe all-rounder or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, proactive, and reliable team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
