Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join our Brisbane Property team on a full-time basis.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Brisbane Property team. You will support three partners – Tony Butler, Heath Gleig-Scott and Edwina Reynolds – working with institutional clients in industrial and commercial leasing, acquisition and disposals, and conveyancing.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial leasing agreements for institutional clients;
- Negotiating leasing terms and conditions including agreement for lease;
- Assisting with the sale and purchase of commercial and industrial properties;
- Conducting due diligence for acquisitions;
- Preparation of contracts of sale for "off-the-plan" residential;
- Advising on body corporate management issues
- Staying informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to property law.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE in property law from a reputable practice. You will have strong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Most importantly, you will have a client-service focus.
