About Us
CrispAir is a long-standing (~40 years) residential air-conditioning company operating across the extended Perth metro area. We specialise in servicing and installing high-quality reverse-cycle systems, including ducted air conditioning, split systems and home-comfort solutions.
We are expanding our Sales Division and seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative / Air Conditioning Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This position involves advising homeowners, designing systems and estimating residential installations.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will conduct in-home consultations with homeowners across Perth to design ducted and split-system solutions. You will prepare quotes, explain system options, guide customers through the sales process and work closely with the installation and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong residential AC sales experience who wants to join a reputable, customer-focused air conditioning company.
You Bring
- Proven AC or home-services sales experience with strong conversion results
- Experience selling ducted reverse-cycle systems, split systems or similar home-comfort solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to design system layouts based on customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong CRM and pipeline-management ability
- High energy, self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset
- Must live in Perth and have full Australian work rights
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and engage new installation leads (inbound + outbound)
- Conduct in-home consultations across Perth Metro
- Design ducted air conditioning systems including zoning and outlets
- Explain system benefits (heating, cooling, efficiency, noise, zoning options)
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to close sales
- Promote CrispAir's installation quality, warranties, service plans and after-sales support
- Exceed conversion targets and monthly AC sales budgets
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of ducted system design, zoning and airflow
- Ability to discuss high-level refrigeration and electrical considerations
- Experience quoting split systems, cassettes and reverse-cycle units
- Familiarity with Daikin, Panasonic, Hisense or similar brands (advantageous)
