About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• High level knowledge of contemporary clinical governance, including best practice patient safety and quality improvement methods and practice.
• Enables high-performing teams to deliver operational outcomes while negotiating resourcing issues and risks
• Anticipates stakeholder needs and acts as strategic partner to build strong relationships and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Cultivates learning, innovation and resilience while fostering a workplace culture of trust, support, and compassion.
• Engages with workforce, patients, and families to understand their needs and challenges.

Fortnightly Salary

• AO8: $5, $6,120.40
• HP5: $5, $5,798.90
• NG10: $6, $6,450.30

Mandatory Requirements

• Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
