The Opportunity:

Webuild Fit Out Engineers

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of fit-out packages from procurement to installation and handover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
  • Monitor construction progress and assist with planning and scheduling activities
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Review and manage technical documentation, drawings, and ITPs
  • Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Prepare reports and contribute to progress updates and stakeholder briefings

Criteria:
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 4 years' experience in a construction or building fit-out environment (rail/infrastructure preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
