Spotlight is seeking a commercially sharp, experienced Buyer to join our merchandise team.

In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of driving the category within your portfolio to brand new heights and will unleash your creativity and expertise as you develop commercially relevant ranges.

About You:

  • Strong experience in product development, buying, and overseas sourcing
  • A proven track record in category growth and profitability
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills
  • Background in retail hard goods, textiles, or FMCG preferred
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • A natural leader with a passion for empowering your team
  • Detail-oriented, commercially focused, and solutions-driven
