Job Description

We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team in either a part-time or full-time capacity.

In this role, you will:

  • Support participants in achieving their personal goals and living life on their terms.
  • Assist individuals to access their community and take part in activities they enjoy.
  • Encourage the development of new skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Deliver person-centred, respectful, and empowering support tailored to each participant's unique needs.
  • Be part of a supportive and values-driven team that genuinely cares for both participants and staff.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will bring:

  • Strong communication and person-centred care skills.
  • Experience supporting individuals with behaviour support needs.
  • Experience working within the disability sector or lived experience.
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
  • A suitable 4-door vehicle.
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Willingness to travel within a 30-minute radius across the Perth Metro Area.
  • NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain).
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • ABN (if subcontracting only).
