Are you a recent Law graduate, Junior Lawyer, or experienced Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced environment, specialising in Motor Vehicle Claims – Pre-Litigation & Litigation.

We're seeking someone with a strong interest or background in insurance, debt recovery, or claims management to join our growing practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing motor vehicle claims, from initial instruction to resolution.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to ensure smooth and timely claims processes.
  • Negotiate effectively to support successful debt collection and recovery outcomes.
  • Provide instructions on litigated matters to legal practitioners for optimal outcomes.
  • Attend hearings, arbitrations, pre-hearing conferences, and mediations, as required.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's service standards.
  • Collaborate with your team and contribute to overall firm success.
  • Report directly to your senior and, where appropriate, the principal lawyer.
What We're Looking For:
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (admitted or soon to be admitted).
  • Experience in debt recovery, claims management, or motor vehicle claims is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of general insurance or interest in developing this knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
