About the Role

Our Sunshine Coast office is seeking a motivated surveyor with 1 – 5 years experience to join our growing team working mostly in the land development space. Working closely with a senior cadastral surveyor and an experienced survey team you'll gain valuable hands-on experience, build your technical skills, and develop your career in a supportive environment that values professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting field surveys, calculating and reducing data, preparing reports and plans for cadastral, as constructed, and topographical projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, project consultants and civil contractors.
  • Contributing to problem-solving and innovative solutions for complex surveying challenges.
  • Taking part in relevant training and mentorship to help achieve professional milestones and career growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-5 years proven experience in fieldwork and survey data processing
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for learning and growing in the industry
  • Proficiency with modern survey equipment and software (Trimble, TBC, 12D, AutoCAD/BricsCAD)
  • Degree or Diploma in Surveying (highly desirable)
  • Valid Queensland driver's license and Construction White Card
  • Registration with the Surveyors Board (highly desirable – we'll support you if you're working toward it)
  • Legal right to live and work in Australia
  • A love of the outdoors
