Customer Service Assistant

Based in our Wagga Wagga office and reporting to the Customer Success Manager. We want someone who cares about customers and keeps details tight. This can suit a trainee starting out or someone with solid experience. The fit matters more than the résumé.

Hours

  • Full time or part time school hours
  • Must be available 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Onsite role

What you'll do

  • Run phone reception and provide first-line support to our dealers
  • Handle customer calls and emails with care
  • Support the sales and marketing team with simple admin tasks
  • Follow up on support tickets and keep records accurate
  • Assist with basic logistics and order coordination
  • Learn our products and explain them in plain English

Salary ranges

  • Trainee: $45k–$50k plus super full time
  • Experienced: $50k–$60k plus super full time
  • Part time: $23–$30 per hour plus super, depending on experience
