As a large organisation that continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our supportive team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services.

About the Opportunity:

  • To empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
  • Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current SPA registration
  • Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting
  • A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential
