Regenerate Talent is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing Australian solar & battery company that's leading the charge in clean energy innovation. We're seeking an experienced, SAA-accredited electrician (with battery endorsement) to join their Sydney-based team.

This is a long-term opportunity to start on the tools, working with premium hybrid and battery systems, and transition into a leadership or operations management role as the company continues to expand.

The Role

  • Install, commission, and service battery and hybrid inverter systems across residential and commercial projects
  • Ensure system compliance and performance while mentoring junior team members
  • Contribute to the company's growth by stepping into a leadership or operations role over time

  • Sungrow – SH3.0–6.0RS, SH8.0–20RT, SBH/SBS batteries, iSolarCloud EMS
  • GoodWe – EH/ET hybrids, ESA all-in-ones, Lynx Home F & U, 2025 ESA modular systems
  • SolaX Power – X1/X3 Hybrids, T-BAT 36 battery systems, smart meter integration
  • Tesla Energy – Powerwall 2 & 3 with Backup Gateway 2
  • Sigenergy – SigenStor 5-in-1 hybrid + battery + EV charger + EMS

What We're Looking For

  • SAA or CEC Accredited Electrician with Battery Endorsement
  • Proven experience with hybrid inverter & battery storage systems
  • A leadership mindset with strong communication and mentoring skills
  • NSW electrical licence and valid driver's licence
  • Full working rights in Australia (citizens, residents, or valid work visa holders only)
  • Willingness to travel locally (Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong)
