Groundsman / Curator

We are looking for a curator/grounds person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you have a passion for working with plants, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you.

• Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools such as hedgers, blowers and whipper snippers and petrol gear such as push mowers and ride on plant equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

• Have a valid Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
• Have a valid National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field will be highly regarded
• Qualification in Cert 3 in Turf Management will be highly regarded
