The Role:

We are looking for Baristas to deliver a premium coffee program at our corporate office barista station at Adelaide St. venue. The right Baristas will be experienced and passionate, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver a memorable customer experience. This is a serious role for advanced and passionate Baristas looking to further their careers.

Must be Availability to work across 4 days of the week with potential for more hours in the new year.

Must be able to pour Rosetta's and tulips, can work in a fast paced environment smoothly. Great customer service skills, comfortable dialling in, can work across multiple venues, can confidently work solo.

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

  • A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
  • 1 – 2 years' experience working with specialty coffee
  • Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
  • A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
  • The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
  • The ability to work 10 – 15 hours a week
