The Role

As part of the Concierge team, you'll be the face of Winnifred's—welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries, and guiding them through their visit. You'll also support wine sales at the cellar door, maintaining an inviting display and helping customers choose from our curated grower Champagne selection. Your warm service, retail flair, and enthusiasm for Champagne will enhance the guest experience and contribute to our success.

Basic wine knowledge is required to effectively support guests with our Champagne selection.

This is a part-time position for 24 hours per week.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic and experienced front-of-house professional with the following qualifications and skills:

A minimum of 1-2 years of front-of-house hospitality experience is required.

Valid Australian work rights are required for this position.

  • Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk-ins to ensure a smooth and personalised dining experience.
  • Deliver exceptional, attentive service that makes guests feel valued, supported, and genuinely welcomed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every interaction is positive and reassuring.
  • Oversee daily cellar operations to maintain an organised, inviting, and visually appealing space that creates a memorable first impression for every guest.
