About The Qualified Role - Certificate 3 or Diploma

We are currently looking for a reliable educator with a completed Certificate 3 qualification or Diploma in Children's Services.

Two years minimum experience within the industry is a must.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework Australia V2.0 and National Quality Standards
  • Engage in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities
  • Have excellent english communication and written skills
  • Provide assistance to other educators in the room
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
  • Maintain effective communication with families
  • Actively contribute to the educational program through developmental observations and documentation using OWNA
  • Have or willing to obtain a working with children check prior to starting the position
  • Have or willing to obtain a Police Check prior to starting the position
  • Have or willing to obtain a First aid and CPR qualifications prior to starting the position
  • Have or willing to obtain Child Protection certificate
