A Role Like No Other – Operate Australia's Largest and Most Advanced Tube Laser

We're expanding our operations and introducing the only machine of its kind in Australia — a state-of-the-art 3D CNC Tube Laser that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible in steel processing.

The Role:

• 4/4 Rotating roster
• Permanent full-time
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate our groundbreaking 3D Tube Laser Machine to meet job specifications and production targets.
• Load and unload materials with care and precision using Overhead cranes.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and keep your machine in top shape.
• Collaborate with your team to drive production excellence.
• Inspect final products to ensure top-notch quality.
• Keep accurate production records and maintain a tidy, safe workspace.

What You'll Bring:

• A valid Forklift License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screening.
• A valid National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
• Previous experience operating laser machinery.
• Strong grasp of metal fabrication techniques and machine maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship.
• The ability to read technical drawings and specs with confidence.
• Team spirit, time management, and solid communication skills.

No experience with our specific machine? No problem. We'll provide full training on our revolutionary Tube Laser so you can hit the ground running.
