Play a key role in the Rampura project located in India - one of the world's largest zinc and lead mines and a cornerstone project in our expanding portfolio. Situated in the Bhilwara district of Rajasthan, this project offers an incredible opportunity to work on a globally significant venture.
Based predominantly in Brisbane, you'll work in a flexible, hybrid environment, collaborating with talented teams across various projects and business functions. The position will require you to travel to India approx. every quarter to witness this remarkable project come to life.

Primary Duties:
Project Controls & Reporting: Support project teams with forecasting, risk management, schedule and cost control. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project data to meet both internal and client requirements.
Cost Management: Develop and maintain the Cost Breakdown Structure, forecasts, progress claim and risk and opportunity registers. Manage change and variation registers. Review all purchase orders and subcontractor agreements. Lead and coordinate the end-of-month (EOM) process including period's changes. Generate dashboards, S-curves, and regular internal/external reports, including subcontractor performance metrics.
Schedule Management: Supervise and coordinate the development and maintenance of project schedules, critical path plans and status updates. Oversee change management and monitor subcontractor performance through regular reporting.
Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training for new staff and graduates, ensuring compliance with Project Controls procedures and fostering technical expertise within the team.
Document & Quality Management: Prepare project documentation using company templates, maintain the Quality Management System, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Client & Subcontractor Engagement: Liaise proactively with clients and subcontractors, monitoring performance, managing variations, and supporting tendering and bid evaluation activities.
Process Improvements & Flexibility: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Project Controls processes, adapting to diverse project requirements.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent management experience is highly desirable.
• Energetic and proactive project professional with proven experience in EPC and/or EPCM environments, particularly in metals and minerals processing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global business lines and collaborate effectively across diverse cultural environments.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Earned Value reporting tools; intermediate proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
