About the Role

Australian Duct Installations is seeking experienced Sheetmetal Workers - HVAC Duct Installers to join our growing team in Perth, WA.

We have Senior (3+ years work experience) positions available, offering the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial HVAC projects.

This is a full-time position, where you will be part of a professional and supportive team that values quality, safety, and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricating and assembling of sheet metal components and HVAC ducting systems according to technical drawings and project specifications.

• Measuring, marking, cutting and shaping sheet metal using hand and power tools.

• Performing precise measurements and cutting of ductwork materials.

• Operating and maintaining workshop equipment such as manual lifts, ladders, rollers, toolboxes and tools.

• Interpreting engineering and architectural drawings to ensure accurate and efficient implementation on site.

• Installation of HVAC ductwork systems including supply, return, exhaust and ventilation ducts across commercial and industrial projects.

• Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Installation of related HVAC components such as fans, vents and insulations materials.

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Collaborating with the broader construction team

What We're Looking For

· Senior Role: 3+ years of relevant experience

· Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation methods

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment

· High attention to detail and quality control

· White Card (mandatory), High Risk Licence (desirable)

· Must have own tools and own reliable transport

Experience:

• Ductwork/Sheetmetal: 1 year (Preferred)
