About the Opportunity:

Are you a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a Physiotherapist Level 3 with extensive clinical expertise to manage a complex and varied caseload across multiple care settings.

This role demands advanced practice skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physiotherapy interventions, while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and patient care guidelines. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, you will collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritise caseloads efficiently, and delegate appropriately to Allied Health Assistants.

As a clinical leader, you will provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students, contribute to service development initiatives, and drive quality improvement and research activities within your specialty area. Your dedication to professional development will be evident through active participation in education, peer review, and performance development planning. This role also includes administrative responsibilities such as data analysis, risk management, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
