We are currently looking to employ a full time Bakery Manager at our Nagambie store. Join our team and be part of our continued success

The successful applicant will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Bakery Department including baking of fresh product, ordering, stock control, rostering, adhering to budgets, staff performance and training.

It is not a requirement to be a qualified baker in this role however relevant fresh food experience will be highly regarded, along with the following attributes:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Be able to work as part of a dynamic team
  • A genuine commitment for leading and inspiring staff
  • Be reliable and motivated with an eye for detail
  • Have a passion for baking and fresh food

This position is full time and will include some early morning and weekend work on a rotating roster.
