Looking for a role where your carpentry skill, communication and site experience genuinely matter?

We're partnering with a specialist bathroom renovation company delivering high-quality renovations for homeowners and investors across the Gold Coast, Logan and South Brisbane. With strong demand and a steady pipeline of work, they're now seeking an experienced Carpenter to take ownership of the carpentry scope across residential bathroom projects.

Working across a tight geographic zone (Burleigh to Pimpama), you'll play a key hands-on role in delivering well-built, well-finished bathrooms.

Your responsibilities include:

• Strip-out and demolition of existing bathrooms
• Framing and sheeting walls, ceilings, nibs, niches and minor structural adjustments
• Fit-off carpentry vanities, shaving cabinets, shelving, trims, doors and accessories
• Supervising trades on site and keeping work flowing
• Managing daily schedules and staying ahead of the program
• Communicating with clients in their homes and providing simple, clear updates
• Supporting the office/site supervisor with photos, updates and progress reports
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and protecting the client's home

You'll be the "go-to" on site, ensuring every stage is ready for the next trade and the finish quality meets the standard the company is known for.

• $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience
• Company ute – take-home vehicle for the right candidate
• Permanent full-time work, Monday–Friday
• Consistent year-round renovation projects (no large-scale travel)

You're a Qualified Carpenter who enjoys residential renovations and working in occupied homes—not just new builds.

You'll bring:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Strong experience in residential renovations (bathrooms highly regarded)
• Capability across:
• Strip-out / demolition
• Framing & sheeting (walls, ceilings, cavity sliders, nibs)
• Installing bathroom fixtures, trims, shelving and detailed finishes
• Understanding of renovation sequencing (waterproofing, tiling, fit-off)
• Current driver's licence & White Card

Soft skills that matter:

• Polite and respectful in clients' homes
• Clear communicator with clients, office staff and trades
• Organised and able to run a day efficiently
• Team-oriented with pride in workmanship

If you've supervised trades or managed small projects, there is room to grow into coordination.

• Well-established, licensed bathroom specialist with strong demand

• Mix of hands-on carpentry and light coordination responsibility
