Are you ready to make a real impact in Australia's mining sector? At Blackwoods, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Internal Technical Specialist to join our Mega Mining Quotations Team. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver tailored, high-quality support to some of our largest and most strategic customers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide accurate, timely quotations for our Mega Mining clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and adopt new technologies
  • Manage a high volume of quotation requests with precision and efficiency
  • Recommend alternative products and solutions based on deep customer insight
  • Support general customer care and administrative tasks aligned with SLAs

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of technical experience in an industrial or mining-related category
  • Familiarity with call routing and contact centre operations (a plus)
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly master new systems
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Sharp attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of pricing, margin, and profitability
