Eight Mile Plains State School P&C Association is on the lookout for an energetic, creative and organised Tuckshop Convenor to take the reins of our beloved school tuckshop. If you thrive in a running a small school kitchen in a multicultural school and believe in the power of good food to nourish young minds this could be the perfect job for you.

What You'll Do:

day-to-day tuckshop operations including planning, prep, service, and compliance.

Craft fresh, tasty menus that kids (and parents) love—while keeping nutrition top of mind.

Maintain food safety standards and manage stock, shopping for food and ordering.

Handle cash and basic financial reporting.

part time 3 days a week ( Wednesday,Thursday & Friday)

What You'll Need:

Experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar hands-on kitchen role.

A knack for organising schedules, and supplies.

Strong communication skills.

A heart for healthy food and helping kids thrive.

Current Working with Children Suitability Card - The successful candidate will require a paid Blue Card before commencement as per the No Card, No Start policy developed by Queensland Government

Food Handler Certificate (Or willingness to obtain)
