We're a family-run boutique joinery business looking for a trade-qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team full time. We specialise in high-quality custom joinery and are after someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the business long term.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and assembling custom cabinetry and joinery
  • Reading and working from shop drawings
  • Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely
  • Experience with CNC machines while not necessary would be highly regarded
  • Installing joinery on site to a high standard
  • Working with MDF, plywood, laminates and solid timber
  • Keeping the workshop tidy and safe

We do quality joinery — if "close enough" isn't in your vocabulary, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker
  • Experience in custom or boutique joinery
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • CNC experience not necessary but is a bonus
  • White Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver's licence essential
  • Genuine interest in long-term employment and growing with the business
