About the Role

NuMosaic Client is seeking two skilled
.NET Analysts / Developers
to join the
Funding and Disclosure Reform Program
—a key national initiative designed to strengthen transparency and accountability in Australia's electoral system.

You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise software solutions that support the AEC's Funding and Disclosure Scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement .NET Core–based enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and lead resolution activities
  • Contribute to and maintain strong technical and design documentation
  • Conduct code reviews and plan testing (unit, integration, regression)
  • Mentor junior developers and uplift team capability
  • Manage priorities and stakeholder relationships across distributed teams

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience building robust enterprise systems using
    .NET Core
  • Strong knowledge of databases, data structures, and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Track record of delivering results under time constraints
  • Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and understanding of change management practices
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to integrity and accountability
