Bakers Delight Bulli & Corrimal are looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. We provide a fun work environment, comprehensive training, and excellent opportunities for career advancement. No experience needed, as long as you have the right attitude, are able to work in a fast paced environment and you're interested in learning new skills

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

  • Work as part of a small team, providing exceptional customer service, and getting to know your regular customers
  • Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns
  • Also work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and assist with production assistance as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • You are NOT attending University or School. (If you are currently completing HSC and not studying 2026, please apply)
  • outgoing personality, is able to work with minimal supervision after training,
  • has an attention to detail with respect to cleaning,
  • is able to following instructions and the processes, policies and procedures of the business
  • reliability is a must
  • able to work weekends and some public holidays
  • You have a positive attitude and self-motivated, and you enjoy learning new skills
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with people
  • You take pride in providing a great experience for your customers.

Physical Requirements

  • Continuous standing / walking for all tasks
  • Frequent lifting and carrying
  • Constant computer/POS system usage

Your main duties will include customer service (including up-selling and add-on selling), merchandising and general cleaning. We will train you to use the tills, slice and package bread and deliver delightful customer service to our customers. Attention to detail is essential, as is an ability to follow instructions.

You must be prepared to adhere to Bakers Delight policies and respect the Bakers Delight brand. You must also have excellent oral and written communication skills.

We offer a friendly work environment and are reasonably flexible with rosters.
