Job Title: MicroStrategy Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
MicroStrategy Architect
to design, develop, and implement BI solutions, having experience in upgrading and migrating using the MicroStrategy platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Leading end-to-end BI Cycle as an Architect and creating dashboards/dossiers, reports, and schema objects, and be able to translate business requirements into actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect End-to-End - BI Solution, Design, develop, and implement
  MicroStrategy BI solutions
  tailored to business needs.
• Lead
  end-to-end BI project lifecycle
  : requirements gathering, architecture design, development, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with
  cross-functional teams
  to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Optimize the performance of MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and cubes.
• Ensure
  data governance
  , security, and compliance standards are met.
• Provide
  technical leadership and mentoring
  to junior developers.
• Stay updated with
  BI trends and MicroStrategy platform enhancements
  .
• Participate in
  strategic planning
  and contribute to enterprise architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Computer Science, Information Systems
  , or related field.
• Proven experience as a
  MicroStrategy Architect or Senior Developer
  .
• Strong understanding of
  data warehousing
  ,
  ETL processes
  , and
  BI best practices
  .
• Proficiency in
  SQL
  ,
  data modeling
  , and
  report/dashboard development
  .
• Excellent
  analytical
  ,
  problem-solving
  , and
  communication skills
  .
• Experience in
  retail or financial services
  domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with
  cloud platforms
  (e.g., AWS, Azure) and
  integration tools
  is desirable.
