We are seeking physically fit individuals for casual positions during the upcoming Harvest Season. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a Full Pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, be subject to security checks and must obtain a full national police clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and store raw or processed materials.
  • Move raw materials and finished goods to processing or dispatch areas.
  • Ensure proper storage of goods for easy location.
  • Load transport vehicles, ensuring loads are evenly and securely placed.
  • Maintain records of daily operations.
  • Lift, stack, and unstack materials using diesel, electric, gas, or petrol-powered forklifts (if accredited).

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with factory or processing work is desirable
  • Experience in operating machinery is desirable.
  • Current High-Risk Forklift Licence and/or Front-End Loader tickets are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow safe manual handling techniques.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.
