We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser or Barber to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the growth of our business and delivering excellent services to our loyal and growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Hairdresser/Barber, your duties will include:

• Cutting, trimming, colouring, styling, and shampooing hair for clients.

• Advising clients on hair care, styling, and grooming techniques.

• Providing services such as fades, shaves, and beard grooming in line with Tommy Guns' brand standards.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and contributing to repeat business and client satisfaction.

• Training and mentoring junior staff and apprentices as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent international qualification).

• At least 2 years of full-time experience as a qualified Hairdresser/Barber.

• Strong skills in modern and traditional cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Employment Terms:

• Position: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

• Salary Range: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)

• Location: Marion, South Australia
