Job Opportunity: R22 Mustering Pilot
Location: Katherine, NT
Full-Time Position – other arrangements by negotiation
We are currently seeking an experienced R22 mustering pilot to join our team at NT Heli-Ops. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic, excellent stock sense, and a genuine passion for the agriculture industry.
Requirements:
- CPL-H
- Minimum 1000 hours mustering experience in Robinson R22 helicopters
- Proven ground mustering experience using motorbikes and horses
- Strong understanding of cattle behaviour and low-stress stock handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current CASA license and 1st class medical
- Must be safety-conscious, and reliable
Desirable Attributes:
- Station work experience beyond flying (e.g., fencing, yard work, maintenance)
- Mechanically minded with basic helicopter maintenance awareness
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- R44 endorsement an advantage
- Current car license
