Pickers | AM

We are currently seeking Pickers to join one of Australia's leading food distribution companies in Huntingwood.

This is an ongoing casual role offering full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with additional weekend overtime available during peak periods. Flexible start times are required, with early morning and afternoon shifts available. 

The Role Includes:

• Manual decanting: breaking down full/part pallets and placing on trays for conveyor belt
• RF scanning into automated systems
• Tramming using electric ride-on pallet jacks, delivering finished orders to staging lanes and consolidating if required
• Working at heights in robotics section (approx. 7 levels high)
• Repetitive and physically demanding tasks, lifting heavy boxes
• Daily confirmations of orders and KPI targets

Shift Times:

• AM Shifts: 3:00 am (Mondays), plus regular 5:00 am and 7:00 am starts
• PM Shifts: 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm starts

To Be Successful You'll Have:

• Previous warehouse or picking experience
• Ride-on electric pallet jack experience highly regarded
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive and physically demanding environment
• Flexibility to work variable shift times across AM and PM
• Reliability and punctuality — essential
• Willingness to work at heights when required
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
• Willingness to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol test
