Mechanical Assembler

The Company:

JK Personnel are partnering with a Geelong-based manufacturing business, a trusted provider of pumps and pumping solutions for the Building Services, Industrial, Water, and Wastewater Treatment industries.

We are offering exciting full-time opportunities in the Geelong area, with competitive rates of pay based on role requirements.

The role:

Your responsibilities will include assembling various components on the production line, as well as participating in the testing of pumps to ensure functionality and quality.

• Assemble various components of pumping systems on the production line
• Participate in the assembly and testing of pumping systems to ensure they meet quality and operational standards
• Evaluate products to ensure functionality and performance before final delivery
• Maintain a safe working environment in the factory and adhere to safety protocols
• Ensure that the finished product meets high-quality standards for functionality and reliability

• Be mechanically minded and have the ability to troubleshoot and test equipment
• Have excellent knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Be safety-conscious, following safety procedures and being mindful of hazards in the workplace
• Be willing to participate in drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process
