The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand / Plumber to join our team. This role involves both supervised and unsupervised work on commercial and residential sites, installing plumbing systems with a commitment to excellence.

Duties:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial and residential projects, including water supply, drainage, and gas systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Prepare work sites by setting up materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Licenses and requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • White Card
  • Proven experience in plumbing, particularly in commercial and residential projects
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
