Your Role:

Master of Many Worlds: Handle Level 2 & 3 support, from setting up Azure networks to managing Hyper-V environments. Dive deep into Windows Server ecosystems, alongside SQL, Exchange, and even Linux now and then.

The Jack of All Trades: From Windows desktops to Macs, from Android to iPhones, we do it all. Love Ubiquiti? So do we Plus, you'll be pivotal in expanding our cybersecurity fortress.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven Experience: At least 3 years in desktop, server, and cloud helpdesk roles, ideally in an MSP setting.

Technical Prowess: Proficient in Azure, Active Directory, networking, and a suite of tools like RMM and PSA. If you're not an expert in everything, no worries – we'll help you get there.

Mindset for Success: You're detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and a logical troubleshooter. You can work solo or rally with other IT teams and vendors to conquer complex issues.
