This full-time role, based primarily in our Melbourne CBD office, offers exposure to real-world operations and collaboration across multiple teams, making it an ideal opportunity to build industry knowledge while refining your ability to craft engaging communications.

What you'll do

  • Drive our digital presence: Create and manage engaging B2B content across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Lead social media strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor social campaigns that boost brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Support internal communications: Keep our T&I SharePoint fresh, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate events and conferences: Help us shine at industry expos and awards through strategic planning and flawless execution.
  • Deliver impactful campaigns: Collaborate across teams to launch digital campaigns that generate leads and showcase our capabilities.

What you'll bring

  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing or brand communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Technical know-how with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and Dynamics (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to grow in the digital space.
