About the role

Assured Access Scaffolding is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Labourers to join our team in Botany NSW 2019. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for a variety of labour-intensive tasks on various construction sites and in our uard in Botany.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the scaffolders with the completion of construction and maintenance projects
  • Moving and transporting materials, tools in a car licence truck.
  • Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift (training provided).
  • Performing general site and yard cleanup and tidying up work areas
  • Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Completing any other manual labour tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar manual labour role
  • Minimum 6 months' experience as a Labourer in construction or similar manual labour role
  • Ability to carry out physical work for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to the job.
  • Delivering and taking away materials to and from site on a small car licence truck.
  • Current driver's licence (car/light rigid) and clean driving record
  • Loading up and unloading trucks by ising a forklift (training supplied).
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction Safety certificate)
  • Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
