Commencing early-January 2026, we have an exciting opportunity for first timers, experienced winery operators, people from other industries and returnees.

In summary, the Vintage Production Administrator is responsible for: -

• Providing accurate and timely data entry
• Producing precise reports and documentation as required
• Accurate processing of purchase orders

• Providing administrative support to departments as required

• Intermediate MS Office, Excel and database skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management and an ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• A flexible approach to work
• Ability to undertake shiftwork
